On Saturday The First Tee of Chattanooga hosted a golf clinic for the Jordan Thomas Foundation held in conjunction with the foundations annual Low Country Boil and Golf Tournament. The clinic featured a putting green “meet & greet” with Jordan, contests, and individual sessions with Jordan on the driving range. A native of Chattanooga, Jordan enjoyed spending time with these up and coming junior golfers and sharing his passion for the game of golf, as well as his inspirational story. Jordan started the foundation that bears his name at the young age of 16 while recovering from a boating accident that took both of his legs. The foundation provides prostheses for children of traumatic injury and limb loss. To learn more about the Jordan and his foundation visit jordanthomasfoundation.org.
